Passing Carrow House (a County Council office) round the corner from County Hall last week I noticed a pothole developing round a ‘manhole’ cover. Couple of hours later walking back from my meeting it had been fixed! Made me think it’s time for a Pothole of the Year campaign – what’s the longest time you have had to wait for a pothole to be fixed? I’m sure we’ll find County Highways are just as quick off the mark for road repairs that are not outside County Council offices!
