Out and about in Bacton

Blustery, wet day in Bacton today but I took the opportunity to take a look at the new Pay and Display car park. I have supported the Parish Council in their calls for yellow lines to be added to the main road in towards the village because of concerns that the parking charges will lead to unsafe parking along the road. There was quite a pile of sand in the car park left by the ‘sand storm’ of a couple of weekends ago. I have asked NNDC if they have plans to clear it.

I also spotted a broken road sign on Church Road and on Water Lane in Mundesley which I have reported to County Highways.
