Travel and Transport Survey

Family Voice Norfolk and other groups have worked with Norfolk County Council once again to produce a very quick and easy survey. The aim is to get a better understanding of how children with SEND travel to and from school (or other places of education), what they enjoy about their journey as well as what they find difficult, and how well the arrangements work for parents and carers.

The survey is for parents and carers of children aged 4-25 who have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).

It should take around 7 minutes to complete.

The survey will be open until the 15th of January 2023.
