Update from the Norfolk Strategic Flooding Alliance

A couple of weeks ago I received an update from the County Council outlining the progress made by the Norfolk Strategic Flooding Alliance. The Alliance is headed by Lord Dannatt and is putting together a new plan to tackle flooding issues in the county.
